Servo motors are stripped to their component parts and thoroughly cleaned. All mechanical parts are examined and replaced as required but the fault often lies in the electronic components.

The electronics provide the positioning feedback for the controller and are a common cause of failure. Once repaired a full dynamic test is carried out to functionally prove the motor before returning it to the client.
