Job Description

Previous experience is required. Servotech Ltd are seeking two van sales personnel to develop the North Wales and North West areas and also the South East area into strong sales territories. The position would suit individuals looking to start a career in field sales who can thrive in a budget driven role.

Ideally the candidate needs a minimum of ONC or equivalent in electronics and a proven track record of exceeding budgets. The successful individual will join a team of people who are already achieving double digit growth and will not only be offered an excellent remuneration package including a fully expensed van, salary, commission and pension contributions but also an opportunity to develop into a field sales engineer role. Duties are all aspects of van sales.

Electronics Engineer

Job Description

Previous experience is required. Servotech Ltd are seeking someone to step into a service role within their workshop based in Cheadle, Staffordshire. The position would suit an individual looking to find new challenges with opportunities in our diverse services. Ideally the candidate needs a minimum of HNC or equivalent in electronics and a proven track record in electronics servicing. Reporting to the workshop Supervisor, the successful individual will join a team of engineers who are already achieving expansion of skills as Servotech Ltd widens its scope beyond the traditional limits of the industrial electronics sector while still supporting those clients.

Being self motivated you will be able to assess, dismantle and examine equipment to component level. You need to understand the technology and be able to back engineer existing circuits and suitably test them. Soldering skills with through hole and surface mount components is essential. Communicating with clients, suppliers and OEM's may be required from time to time. You will be on an out of hours call-out rota for one week on that is currently two months apart and may be required to carry out site work on occasion. A valid driving licence is advantageous.

An excellent remuneration package is available including pension contributions and includes possible opportunities to expand into a research and development engineer role.

N.B. In both the advertised roles it is essential to have good English language skills for applicants for whom English is not their first language. This does not need a formal qualification, just competency.
