Covid-19 Customer Update
Here at Servotech Ltd we are doing all within our power to continue operating as normal, whilst ensuring the safety of our customers and employees during the widely covered Covid-19 pandemic.
In accordance with government guidelines our employees have been advised to keep face to face contact to a minimum and as such our sales teams are actively re-arranging on-site meetings and replacing with phone calls where it is feasibly practical to do so.
Our collection/delivery drivers are continuing to collect/deliver to/from our customers where required, again in accordance with government guidelines minimising face to face contact wherever possible and following best hygiene practices.
As with other engineering service companies, home working for our colleagues in the workshop and stores is more challenging. We are very fortunate to have a spacious workshop allowing them to keep a safe distance from each other during the working day. We have also introduced flexible working shifts to avoid contact between staff.
Engineering site visits for breakdowns have been suspended, however we will collect any units for assessment and repair as per our normal procedure.
Our 24 hour cover remains in place for any emergencies that may arise.
We have raised additional stock purchases from all our key suppliers and although some may be experiencing delays in receiving imported parts and products; our stock holding on key lines remains strong and technical expertise allows for alternative solutions to be offered should it be necessary.
